BRAMPTON: Manvir Singh Sandhu, 33, of Brampton has been arrested and charged with sexual assault on a woman.
According to Peel Police, Sandhu approached the victim woman from behind at about 10 pm on December 31 when she was walking alone on neighbourhood sidewalks and trails in the area of Torbram Road and Peter Robertson Boulevard in Brampton.
He sexually assaulted her, then exposed himself before fleeing the area.
After investigations, police identified Manvir Singh Sandhu as the suspect and arrested him on January 9.
He has been charged with sexual assault and indecent act.
