Mika Singh is coming out with his first film `Balwinder Singh…Famous Ho Gaya,‘ in association with Sunil Agnihotri Productions and Vandana Motion Pictures

MUMBAI: Punjabi pop singer Mika Singh, brother of Daler Mehndi, is going into film production.
His first film, Balwinder Singh…Famous Ho Gaya, is being produced in association with Sunil Agnihotri Productions and Vandana Motion Pictures.
The singer, who has some hit numbers such as Singh is King and Maujan Hi Maujan to his credit, is also acting in the film which is at post-production stage.
In a statement, Mika says, “I will be seen acting in Balwinder… and now I am associated with the movie more deeply since I will be producing it too with Sunil Agnihotri and Vandana Jain. I am pretty satisfied and content with the way things have shaped up for the movie and I am working on a unique strategy for my film.’’
A colourful character, Mika is known for his boisterous singing style as well as lifestyle. He has often made news for wrong reasons.
In 2006 when he was celebrating his birthday at a Mumbai club, Mika Singh created sensation by kissing item girl Rakhi Sawant.
Rakhi, who came to greet him in the company of her brother Shaizwood and manager Abhishek Awasthi, said `I love you, Mika’ and planted a little peck on his cheek after cake-cutting.
Mika responded by grabbing her and kissing her passionately in front of everyone.
