MUMBAI: In a raid on Thursday, Mumbai Police recovered a huge haul of porn CDs from the flat of Bollywood item girl Misti Mukherjee and arrested her father and brother.
Police reportedly seized about 200,000 porn CDs from the posh apartment in Meera Towers in Lokandwala complex.
The porn CDs were sold to clients through a distributor network, police say.
After taking her father – who is a retired engineer – and her brother into custody, police are also questioning Misti Mukherjee about the pornographic CDs.
Cops want to ascertain whether the CDs were shot in the Mukherjees’ apartment which they rented from IAS officer O.P. Gupta who is the general manager of Brihanmumbai Electric Supply & Transport (BEST) Undertaking.
