MUMBAI: Priyanka Chopra, who is promoting debut Hollywood film Baywatch, says she likes her role of a female villain in the film.
In Baywatch, Priyanka plays the role of Victoria Leeds.
“After playing Alex Parrish in Quantico, I wanted to try something new and different. Out of all the films offered to me, I liked Baywatch because I’d liked that I was playing a villain,’’ actress said at a media gathering.
She said she wanted her character in Baywatch “to have a variety, which Victoria offered. Alex is positive character, but Victoria is different. I wanted her to be feminine at the same time evil.’’
The actress said, “In Hindi film, we have not seen many female villians. That’s exactly I wanted to play when I was offered Baywatch.’’
