TORONTO: Toronto Police are still active in search of clues to locate an Etobicoke girl that went missing 36 years ago.

Nicole Morin, who was eight years old then, went missing from her Etobicoke apartment on Tuessday, July 30, 1985.

According to police, little Nicole left her apartment located on the top floor of 627 The West Mall Etobicoke at about 11 am and was never seen again.

Nicole had made arrangements to meet her friend in the lobby of their building so they could go swimming in the pool located at the rear of the building. But she never appeared in the lobby.

Nicole would be 44 years old today.
