BOLLYWOOD: Porn star-turned-actress Sunny Leone and her husband Daniel Weber today celebrated in style the third anniversary of the adotion of their daughter Nisha Kaur Weber.
The couple, who are in LA, adopted Nisha on July 27, 2017, from an orphanage in Latur in Maharashtra in India.
Sharing pictures of her family and friends celebrating the day, Sunny Leone wrote on Instagram, “3 yrs ago you chose us…us to be your mama & papa…to trust us to take care of you…to show us what real love is…the second I laid eyes on you, I knew you were my daughter. Today I look at you and I see a glimpse of the strong independent woman you will become. After this year I know you will have many questions but I will be there every step of the way while we figure it out together. I love you Nisha and Happy “Gotcha†Day. You are the light in our lives and the reason for all our joy everyday!!â€
Praising Nisha, dad Daniel Weber wrote,“My gift from GOD – 3 years ago today you came into our lives !!!! You are the most special human being I have ever met !!! Nisha was 21 months old and living in an orphanage in Latur when she was adoped by Sunny Leone and her husband Daniel.
Interestingly, Nisha had been rejected by 11 people before she was finally adopted by Sunny and her husband.
Sunny said since her busy schedule made it impossible for her to have a biological baby, she decided to adopt Nisha.
“I was lucky that Daniel instantly agreed, telling me it was a good idea. Motherhood is the most beautiful feeling.”
